Tech Bond Information

LILBig

Look, I'm Learning is a feature-length documentary film about a new revolution led by kids that will tell the inspirational story of Amber Kowatch and Ashley (McDonald) Sheren who taught 2nd grade and kindergarten in Ludington. These teachers went one-to-one with their students by providing each student with an iPad to use for the school year. We believe the story about these two teachers, the changes in their classrooms, and the impact on their students and parents will be compelling enough to change the national conversation about technology in the classroom. This led to Ludington Area School District's technology bond initiative.  Because of the  inspiration of these two teachers and the support of our community we were able to pass a ten year technology bond in 2012.   Amber and Ashley continue to lead this work in their new roles with Ludington Area Schools as Lakeview Principal and Lakeview Reading Specialist.  Check out a video clip of the beginning of our story.
