In grades 7 through 12 we offer 36 different boys and girls interscholastic and club sports. Our coaches, staff, teachers, administrators, and student-athletes work together to embrace community pride, build self-esteem and self-confidence in themselves and their teammates, as well as learning to respect others.  Come check out Ludington Athletics!

Winter MHSAA Tournament Information: 

Congratulations to the LHS Varsity Boys Basketball team, they are moving on to the Finals. The Final game will be played on Saturday , March 25th, the Orioles will be playing New Haven.  The game will be played  at the Breslin Center, tip off will be at 6:30 pm.     Tickets are $10.00 for semi finals. 

Tickets can be purchased at the Breslin Center on game day.  When purchasing tickets be sure to ask ask for "Ludington section", they are 120,122, and 124.   You can also purchase ticket online at www.mhsaa.com/tickets

High School Spring  Season sports:

Athletic fees need to be paid prior to participating in first contest.

Athletic Trainer:  Jenn Mroz has begun her assignment as the new Athletic Trainer at Ludington Area Schools, this is a partnership between LASD and Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital.

Important:  Athletic Physicals for the 2016 - 2017 school year will be held on 4/24/2017 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  More information will be sent out later. 

All 2016 high school athletes need to have a physical on file with the athletic office before they are allowed to try out. According to MHSAA rules the physical must be dated after April 15, 2016. Physical forms can be picked up in the high school office, CBO, or they are available at local physicians offices. Athletic fees also need to be paid by the first contest of the season, he fee is $50.00 for each student for the year.

Family Pass - $200, Individual Pass - $100  *Excludes all MHSAA events hosted at Ludington (Districts, Regionals, etc)
